The name Tunde Ednut resonates different things with different categories of people. To some, he is the father of all content creators. To others, he is a mentor, inspirational youth ambassador, genze motivator, and Nigeria social media king, among others.
Whichever part of the divide you belong to, what is most important in the whole analysis remains that this young man has carved an inspiring niche for himself within a very short time in life. At 39, when some of his peers are still struggling with challenges of life, he is already inspiring his generation to greatness through the amazing opportunities within digital media space.

Courtesy of his legendary mentorship of this generation of young millionaires in Nigeria, the 20th of January (his birthday), has become a remarkable day in Nigeria’s national calendar. The youths, most of whom he has inspired into greatness, have mapped out that date specifically for the celebration of their icon. The celebration is presently progressing into a national festival of some sorts, where a carnival like procession takes place at various locations across the nation. Amazing!

The 2025 edition was not an exception, the party train moved from various major cities (Abuja, Lagos, Onitsha, Owerri, PH, Akure, Kaduna, etc) of Nigeria to other bigger cities of the world (London, Atlanta, Cairo, Spain, etc.), with gifts of cash, cows from prominent Nigerians to enable them enjoy the huge celebration on behalf Tunde Ednut. Obi Cubana was said to have donated a cash of N10m, Victor Boniface, and Osimhen also recorded to have sent several fat cows, Verydarkman also gave a cow, among others too numerous to mention. The celebrant also donated 2 exotic cars worth N40m as his special birthday giveaways and 2 individuals won the cars at some of the party locations in commemoration of his birthday.
Meanwhile, the Atlanta edition of this special celebration was a complete shutdown, with Davido performing live with the celebrant and other well-meaning individuals amidst all the glitz and glamour of the night
Babatunde Olaoluwa Adekunle, this enigmatic ambassador of Nigerian youths, was born in Kastina State on the 20th of January 1986.

Arts from the prestigious University of Lagos, Akoka, after which he moved to Kingsland University of London to study graphic design.
Tunde ventured into music, blogging, and general entertainment promotion, where he has made a substantial impact over the years.
He has since recorded numerous honors, including being named the 2021 most searched Media Personality of the Year, among others
On 22 December 2020, Ednut’s verified Instagram account with over 2.6 million followers was deactivated. According to the Peoples Gazette, he violated the app’s community guidelines, which led to the removal of his account from the platform.

On 10 January 2021, Ednut created a new Instagram account with the username Kingtundeednut. And as at the early hours of Wednesday 13 January, he had already garnered 1 million followers, which became a trending topic on Twitter. On the same day, Ednut did a 1 million Nigerian naira giveaway to his fans in celebration of his comeback to the platform. He faced similar cases of his account deactivation after that initial incident, but that never deterred him, as he continued to advance his brand in the digital space.
His greatest achievement is recorded to be helping upcoming entertainers, content creators, comedians, etc, to attain the necessary global media attention they desire for greatness through his towering clout in digital media, leading to the popular street phrase in pidgin, ‘If Tunde Ednut post you, you don blow’
Today, he has become a reference point for positive influence among content creators, entertainers, and comedians alike, which accounts for the massive love, esteem regards, and admiration he receives from these young Nigerians, especially on his birthdays.
Tunde is no doubt a lesson in humanity and evidence that human capital investment remains the highest form of investment.
